Youth Express!

Youth Express! is a multidisciplinary project in which experienced artists guide and teach youth how to express their ideas, thoughts and emotions through the arts.  Youth Express! culminates in an exhibition, and spoken word/music performance in the context of a community celebration.  The goal of Youth Express! is not only to give youth an opportunity to express themselves, but to give communities an opportunity to hear what their youth are saying through the arts.

Random Acts Of Art Seattle Style!

Inspired by the Dartmouth College Library Random Acts of Arts program, Community Arts Create! does it Seattle style.  Surprise your staff, students, hospital patients, library patrons, dining guests, or anyone else you can think of with a random act of art by musicians, performance artists, temporary installation artists, dancers, singers, or actors.

Background about the program that inspired us:

Dartmouth College Library

Through the Random Acts of Art program, the Library invites student musicians, singers, and artists to perform during lunch time. These performances allow students to reach a broader audience, perform in a different setting, and promote upcoming concerts and events. In return, the performances provide a study break for people working in the Library.

Drawing and Painting Lessons

8 week skill building drawing and painting classes for children and adults.

Group Murals

Create a mural together.  Teaching artist will guide your group through each step of the process to success!

Community Mosaics

Build community by making a mosaic together for your facility.
